• Check-out time: 11:00 AM

An electronic registration kiosk is available to facilitate your check-in.

• Non-smoking establishment (designated outdoor areas are available)
• Pets are accepted only in certain rooms of Pavilions A & B (additional fee of $35 per night, per pet, maximum of two pets per room)
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
• Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card
• Additional fees may apply for extra persons
• Resort fees of $14 per night will be charged to all our guests

Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date for reservations made directly with us or on our website. In case of late cancellation (less than 48 hours before arrival) or no-show, fees equivalent to one night plus taxes will be charged to the credit card provided during the reservation. Not applicable to long-stay reservations or reservations made on a partner site.

For an early departure, the room must be vacated before 11:00 AM, otherwise, an additional night may be charged. Please note that this policy does not apply to long-stay reservations or reservations made on a partner site, which may have their own cancellation conditions.

• Cleaning fees of $250 will be automatically charged in case of non-compliance with the non-smoking policy in designated areas (including electronic cigarettes).
• Any damage caused to room or hotel property will be subject to an assessment and will be charged directly to the credit card on file.
• Additional fees may be applied in case of excessive disorder requiring special cleaning.

Access to O’Quartz Spa is included in the resort fees for all hotel guests.

Please note that access to O’Quartz Spa is reserved for guests 16 years and older. A spa pool is available to all on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Children must be accompanied by an adult. A family indoor pool is also available at Pavilion A.
