Check-in time is 4:00 PM. However, it is possible to check in earlier and enjoy the hotel’s facilities while waiting for your room to be ready.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be available for an additional fee and subject to availability. Please contact reception to request this.

The hotel’s main address for reaching the reception is 525 Chemin des Falaises, La Malbaie, QC. All guests, including those staying in the lodges, must check in at the hotel’s main reception before going to their room.

The hotel parking lots provide access to the reception area. You can park your car, take out your luggage and then head to the reception area.

The parking lot on Chemin des Falaises provides direct access to the 2nd floor, making it very convenient to reach reception directly.

The parking lot on Rue Richelieu is located around the main building and provides access to the ground floor. From there, you will find an elevator leading up to the reception area.

Parking lots for Pavilions A and B are located at 75 rue des Villas, approximately a 3-minute drive from the hotel. These parking lots are reserved for guests staying in the pavilions, after checking in at the main reception.

An electronic check-in kiosk is available in the lobby. You will receive an email prior to your arrival inviting you to complete your online check-in to facilitate your arrival at Petit Manoir du Casino.

You can leave your suitcases and bags with us at reception and walk around freely to enjoy the site’s activities upon your arrival or after your departure.

Cancellations are accepted free of charge up to 48 hours in advance for reservations made directly with us or through our website. In case of late cancellation (less than 48 hours before arrival) or no-show, a fee equivalent to one night’s stay plus taxes will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

This policy does not apply to long-stay bookings or bookings made through a partner site, which may have their own cancellation policies.

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Upon arrival, a pre-authorization for the total amount of your stay will be taken (an additional $200 is added for debit cards). We accept credit and debit cards on site, but we do not accept cash.

Yes, we offer discounts upon presentation of CAA, FADOQ, Military, or AQRP membership cards. These cards must be in good standing. The benefits of these discount cards cannot be combined with other promotions or packages and are applicable from Sunday to Thursday only.

The Gift Cards tab on our website allows you to purchase the perfect gift for your loved ones. You can personalize and pay for it online. It will be sent directly to the recipient, or to you if you prefer.

Hotel: located at 525 Chemin des Falaises, La Malbaie, QC G5A 2V5, it offers 113 rooms with views of the courtyard or the St. Lawrence River. On the ground floor, you will find the Restaurant Les Délices and on the 1st floor, the Spa O’Quartz as well as the Zen Évasion massage therapy center.

Pavilions: located at 75 Rue des Villas, La Malbaie, QC G5A 3B9 (a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel). The two pavilions (A and B) together comprise 77 rooms with kitchenettes, all with views of the courtyard or the St. Lawrence River. The pavilions feature two outdoor spas and an indoor pool.

Pets are allowed only in certain designated rooms in Pavilions A and B. An additional fee of $35 per night, per pet, applies (maximum of two pets per room).

Please inform us when booking if you would like to bring your pet. Pets are not allowed in the main hotel building.

A shuttle service is available during high season or depending on occupancy, between the Pavilions, the hotel and Les Délices restaurant to allow you to enjoy the activities of both sites. We also offer transportation to the train station during the Charlevoix Train season.

Yes, on the 1st floor we have changing rooms with lockers for the O’Quartz Spa.

Yes, we have electric charging stations for your cars (Tesla 90A / regular 30A). Fees apply. We encourage users to be civic-minded by clearing the space when the desired charge level is reached.

Reservations are required at Les Délices restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

A resort fee of $14 per night is charged to all our guests. This fee allows you to take full advantage of the many activities and services offered by our property.

We have a family room in Pavilion A and an indoor pool accessible to children accompanied by an adult. We also have board games available in the hotel lobby. During school breaks, additional activities are available to delight children. Many family activities are also offered in the Charlevoix region, and our team will be happy to recommend them.
